Tank was adopted a couple of years ago but now Tank’s mom needs to move back to France where she’s from to take care of her parents who are in their 80's, since her father just had his foot removed & her mother cannot handle his care alone. She tried over & over to come up with a plan that includes Tank but there simply wasn't one.  The complex her parents live in does not allow dogs over 20 lbs & she had no other choice but to surrender him back to SSRR.

Tank is an awesome dog, he just wants to please.  He is definitely an indoor boy but will go to the back door or come get you to let you know he needs to go out. He has never had an accident in the house.  All he wants is to be near his owner.  He is very sweet.  He was tested for thyroid because he is quite large although he only eats 2 cups of good quality dry dog food twice a day, sometimes with an over easy egg added to it for his coat. The test results came back negative & the vet said he was fine & to continue with the 2 cups twice daily.  Tank has 4 dogs (2 males & 2 females) that come to play often & they all get along great.
