Despite enduring abuse and health challenges in his past, Tuscon's spirit remains unwaveringly loving and gentle. This handsome boy is crate trained and well-behaved, making him a joy to have around the home.

One of Tuscon's endearing quirks is his adorable butt wiggle, a surefire way to capture your attention when he's eager to play. Speaking of playtime, nothing gets Tuscon more excited than a game with the hose! He's a water-loving pooch who knows how to have a splashing good time.

Although he's quite the social butterfly with other dogs, Tuscon's heart belongs to his stuffed toy dragon. This loyal companion accompanies him everywhere, even on trips to the vet!

When it comes to mealtime, Tuscon's enthusiasm is palpable, yet he's a patient pup who will sit and wait for the cue to dig in. Living harmoniously with four dogs and four cats, Tuscon proves to be a true team player. While he's comfortable with his feline housemates under supervision, he does get a little too reactive occasionally and might do best in home without cats if supervision isn’t always possible.

With his playful spirit, gentle demeanor, and heart of gold, Tuscon is ready to embark on a new chapter filled with love, laughter, and endless tail wags.

Step 1:   Please complete the adoption application in full; incomplete applications WILL NOT BE PROCESSED

Step 2:   Our Lead Adoption Coordinator will contact you and confirm your application has been received (please use our Contact Us form if you have not gotten a response within 7 days).

Step 3:   After you have received confirmation from our Lead Adoption Coordinator, your application will then be forwarded to communicate with one of our Adoption Coordinators.  The Adoption Coordinator is your point of contact during the adoption process.  

Step 4:   Once the Adoption Coordinator has finished processing your application, a volunteer will be selected to contact you to schedule a home visit. Home visits allow us to see where the dog will live, discuss any questions you have and review our adoption contract.

Step 5:   Once the application process is completed, the adoption package goes to the board of directors for a 24 hour review.
