About Halle | |
|
|
Halle is a VERY sweet and loving trained black & mahogany girl. Halle comes from a loving home where she was the center of attention (rightfully so) as an only much-loved dog and achieved multiple AKC awards from rally novice to grand champion!
Halle knows sit, stay, down, heel, and many more. She is a trained service dog - when we went to the vet she moved as close under the chair as she could to get out of the traffic lane and never looked at another animal in the office. Halle is crate trained, but it is definitely not her preference -- she would rather be right next to her human.
Halle has never been left alone and needs a home where someone can be with her the majority of the day -- she cannot be crated for eight hours while her humans work. Halle has a VERY strong prey drive and cannot be with small dogs or cats. Halle loves kids but doesn't understand she may be larger than they are, and she wants their attention.
Halle has an ACL injury and resulting arthritis and will need to take carprofen chewable to keep her comfortable. She loves to play ball and will run and chase one as long as you will throw it. She loves to swim, so if you have a pool, that's an added bonus! She also loves other strong chew toys.
Halle is a joy to have around and will be a great addition to the right person or family. Is that you?
