Hi! My name is Tonka! Not much is known about where I came from, but I'm happy to fill you in on all the important details! I love walks, balls, belly scratches and love!! Oh, you want to know about me as a dog? Silly me.... well for starters I'm silly! I'm a young energetic guy who's as goofy as they come! I'm looking for my forever family to be people who can laugh with me and enjoy life! I believe you should always be wearing a smile. We can go on walks together, you'll put the leash on me but I'll hold the leash in my mouth sometimes so I can walk you! What a silly game but it's so funny to me! When were not on walks I'll cuddle up with you for lots of love.

My foster family is working on making sure I am a model citizen! I'm learning basic commands and if you have to go out, or to "work", I'll be a well behaved boy in my crate and I will wait until you're home to go potty outside. I haven't spent much time around other dogs, cats, or kids, but my current neighbor is a small dog and I don't mind him much. I do have a naughty habit that I must admit to, I can be protective over my food. You see, I eat in my kennel and its kind of my safe space so I'm not into you messing with my food... my foster family is helping me understand why this isn't the best idea and I intend to keep trying to work on this.

Well that's me! If we pick each other as family I will be very loyal to you! I will always be by your side, making sure you have a smile on your face
