Hi!  My name is Siggi. I am approx 10 months old.  I have been with my foster family for a week now, these are some of the things they have discovered about me.

I LOVE TO PLAY!!!  I am a puppy after all.I also LOVE other dogs.  Big dogs, small dogs, black dog, white dogs, green dogs, purple dogs...ALL THINGS DOG!  I just met a Boston Terrior and we are best buddies now.  I like to act big and tough when I'm on the other side of the fence, but once we get together it's a DOG PARTY!  I have 2 Rotti foster sisters and we play all the time.  I love to chase the ball and I am learning to bring it back and Drop It.  My foster Mom says I'm a very smart girl and willing to please.  I think I would really like a home that has other dogs for me to play with.

Kids ROCK!!!  I have 2 human foster sisters as well.  They are ages 3 and 5.  We play with the ball, they rub my tummy, I lick their faces and eat everything they drop.  I do get a little excited at times and I have knocked them over or accidentally jumped on them, but they are very good with me and understand I am still learning.

I am a GREAT walking companion.  I pull a little on the leash, but I am learning to walk like a lady and we have been exploring all kinds of new places.  Between playing with all of my foster sisters and going on walks I am getting pretty fit.  

I don't know how I feel about cats yet.  My foster Mom is trying to find someone who is willing to let me meet their cat, but we are in a pretty dog friendly neighborhood, so having a little trouble finding a cat to meet.  I will make sure to update my info as soon as I meet one.

Step 1:   Please complete the adoption application in full; incomplete applications WILL NOT BE PROCESSED

Step 2:   Our Lead Adoption Coordinator will contact you and confirm your application has been received (please use our Contact Us form if you have not gotten a response within 7 days).

Step 3:   After you have received confirmation from our Lead Adoption Coordinator, your application will then be forwarded to communicate with one of our Adoption Coordinators.  The Adoption Coordinator is your point of contact during the adoption process.  

Step 4:   Once the Adoption Coordinator has finished processing your application, a volunteer will be selected to contact you to schedule a home visit. Home visits allow us to see where the dog will live, discuss any questions you have and review our adoption contract.

Step 5:   Once the application process is completed, the adoption package goes to the board of directors for a 24 hour review.
