About Bo | |

|
Bo is a neutered male Rottweiler who was confiscated from his owner by an Animal Control Officer after seeing the horrible condition he was in. Bo was taken to a vet for an assessment and then taken to the shelter to begin his recovery. This boy was in such an emaciated condition that he only weighed 31 pounds when he was confiscated and could hardly walk! He had sores on his body and head from flea and fly bites and is heartworm positive. This poor boy didn’t know a day of kindness in his life.
But all that changed when Bo came to SSRR. Bo has gone through his heartworm treatment and is now Heartworm negative and weights 60 pounds! He’s an incredibly loving, sweet boy who gets along great with other dogs. Due to his previous life, it may take him a little bit to warm up to a new person but once he trusts that individual he will show you unconditional love. Bo deserves to be in a home where he will get as much love as he will give back. Bo has been living with his foster dad where he's had time with the other dogs in the house and shows no aggression towards them at all. Feel free to contact his foster dad Ron if you would like to know more about this really great boy.
