Diamond is a 5 year old pure breed Rottie that was turned in to AC with 3 other Rotties because her family had fallen on hard times. She was said to have grown up with children and the 2 other females/one male rottie she was turned in with.

Diamond is being foster in Carolina Beach, SC and is doing great in her foster home. She is house broken and will use a doggie door. She is good in the house and overall a calm dog. She does enjoy chasing balls and going on walks. She is great on a leash and walks loose lead with no issues, will walk calmly past any other animals/humans/etc. So far she has never barked, she is a very quiet dog. She is crate trained and will sleep though the night in her crate with no issues/sound. She also rides great in a car and will stand still to get a bath, ears cleaned, etc. She has no aggression/food aggression. She currently lives with three male dogs (all smaller than her) and is fine with all of them. She does like to play but due to her size she might be the happiest with another large dog to play with. Although she lives with my little dogs with no issues…and has been around very small dogs with no issues. I think she would be fine as an only dog also if she got attention from her people. She does not get on furniture, doesn’t usually jump (sometimes if overly excited she will attempt to jump, working on that), and knows basic commands. If you would let her she would climb right in your lab and be petted all day. Overall she is a great dog and would thrive well in almost any home…she would even be good for the first time dog owner. She bonds very quickly to her people and follows you around everywhere. She loves all people and has no fear. It appears as if she was a loved dog…she just needs one last FOREVER home to love her. She is up to date on shots, healthy, and will be spayed prior to adoption.
