King is the perfect companion!  He has never met a stranger, and is friendly with every person and dog he meets.  He is very playful and loves to wrestle with his foster dad, play tug-o-war with his foster mom, and run around the backyard with his foster sister.

King can be vocal when he's playing, but it's not aggressive, he's just excited!  When it's time to relax he likes to nap curled up by your feet, or when he wants to cuddle he nestles into your lap- he thinks he's a lap dog!  He is very smart and would love to be taught new tricks!  For now he has mastered sit, stay, and lay down.  He's leash trained, house trained, and crate trained, although he does not need to be kept in a crate when unattended, as he is very well-behaved.

Some of King's favorite things include: car rides, face scratches, and stuffed animals- which he carries around the house with him all day and sleeps with at night.  Prepare for a Rottie lean, because he has a strong one!  King is high energy and would fit right in with a home that enjoys staying active.
