Meet Sergeant Carl! Don’t let the formal name fool you, this goofy guy is an 88 lb. snuggle bug. If you are ready to have your heart stolen, then meet this guy!
Carl is not just a fun guy, he’s smart too. On Veteran’s Day while wandering the mean Houston streets alone, he approached a loving veterinary technician, hence the first part of his name. And “Carl” is the Rottweiler from a set of beloved children’s books, which is perfect because our Carl also adores children.
Carl is currently residing with 5 dogs of all shapes, sizes, personalities and ages. He is submissive and just wants to have fun. His foster mom has taught him to walk well on a leash, hang out in the crate, sit on command and follow the house rules.
Typical of a young boy, he needs a home that will stimulate him mentally and physically. Amazingly, Carl is heartworm negative. He is up-to-date on all vaccines and soon getting neutered.
If you want endless hours of devoted love and entertainment, fill out an application for this handsome boy.
NOTE: Only applicants from the Houston area (within 250-mile radius) will be considered. Carl has no cat experience.
